The other day I posted a horizontal Starburst card with Festive Flurries. I wanted to share a vertical Starburst card – this is one of the six projects we made in my Halloween Tricks and Treats class.
This is a really fun technique and it is a great way to show off your designer papers! I used the Witches Brew paper:

We used heat and stick powder for the greeting with the black glitter – fun stuff! Dawn Olchefske did another great video showing this vertical Starburst technique. You can watch it here.
