Okay, this is just about the cutest darn Uncle Sam I've ever seen – wouldn't you agree?! How fun would it be to decorate your Fourth of July event with this fun little treat holder?! Scroll down to see the video I made to show you how quick and easy it is to put this project together. This is just one of the cute projects that my customers are making at the 4th of July / Summer Treat Holder class last week and this coming week. If you live near Minneapolis/St. Paul I would love to have you join one of my classes!
The back of the box uses the fun new Little Letters Framelits. I used Night of Navy card stock, Red Glimmer Paper, and Silver Foil Sheets to cut out the letters.
Here is a side view that shows the box made with Real Red card stock. The box pattern is below.
And the video with step by step instructions!
I love my punches – can you tell?! Punch art (creating items using different punched out pieces of paper) is so rewarding! Although the punches are an investment, the little scraps of paper cost next to nothing. And of course you can use the punches over and over again on all sorts of projects!
I decided to put red and blue Jolly Ranchers in my box, what will you put in yours?! The supplies are pictured below, just click to see the item in the store. Thanks for stopping by and have a safe and happy Fourth of July holiday!
