I love to give treats – especially when they are this adorable! Thanks for stopping back for the 7 days of Valentines! More Valentine fun today with the Hey, Valentine stamp set! The bag is cut with the new Mini Treat Bag Thinlits set and the Stacked With Love little paper stack! I used a little trick to cut the bag out of this narrower paper (4.5" x 6.5"), scroll down for a picture tutorial.
This fox is so adorable! I colored him with the Pumpkin Pie Blendabilities and colored in the hearts with the medium shade from the Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities.
So this was my challenge – their are two thinlits that form the bag, this larger one (pictured above) that forms the front and half of the back. And a narrower one that forms the remaining back panel (not pictured). As you can see, the main thinlit was too large for the size of the Stacked With Love paper stack (which is 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"). So instead of cutting one, I cut two of the large pieces and did not use the smaller thinlit.
When I cut the two larger ones, I got a side tab on each which made for easy assembly. I also got two bottom tabs – I cut one off since I only needed one to assemble. I also trimmed off the little triange corners at the top. A little Fast Fuse on all the tabs and this treat bag was ready to go!
