This Curvy Concertina Fun Fold is my newest original design, created to deliver a big wow without complicated steps or tricky mechanisms—perfect for anyone who loves fun fold cards that look impressive but are enjoyable and straightforward to make. The remarkable curved front panel is truly the star of the show—when the card is fully opened, the pretty paper panel arcs forward in a graceful curve, creating a striking display piece. And here’s the best part: despite its impressive size when fully extended, the card folds completely flat to slide easily into a standard envelope. Happy New Year Curvy Concertina Fun Fold Card
This Happy New Year card is the featured project for the December Crafternoon video and showcases the Curvy Concertina Fun Fold in a bold, elegant way. The greeting is created using the Words for the Season Bundle, with the “Happy New Year” sentiment die cut for a crisp focal point on the curved front panel.
Customers who placed a $50 order in my online store in November received a packet in the mail in December to make this Curvy Concertina Fun Fold Card.
The Modern Christmas Designer Series Paper shines in this design. Its striking black, white, and gold patterns—with beautiful gold foil accents—add just the right amount of drama and make this card especially eye-catching when displayed. Despite its impressive size when fully opened, the card folds completely flat and fits easily into a standard envelope, making it both practical and impressive. The gold die cut “sparkles” are from the Ornamental Christmas dies.
I also added a greeting from the Words of the Season stamp set to the back of the card, creating a finished look – perfect sentiment to ring in the new year, every year!

The card easily flattens to slide into a standard envelope. Finished size for all the Curvy Concertina fun fold cards is 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and they all fit in a standard A2 Envelope.

This Valentine version of the Curvy Concertina Fun Fold features a sneak peek of the Made With Love Suite, coming in the January–April Mini Catalog on January 6. The bold heart focal point was created using the Endless Love Bundle, layered with rich texture from the Hearts of Love 3D Embossing Folder for a beautifully dimensional look. The arrow and sentiment add a playful touch, making this card perfect for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, or simply sending a little love. This elegant blue and white version of the Curvy Concertina Fun Fold features the Delicate Framing Bundle, a beautiful collection that many stampers may not have discovered yet. The delicate scrollwork dies add just the right amount of detail and frame the sentiment perfectly without overwhelming the design and are especially pretty with the added details on the Textured Notes Dies.
The rich blue florals come from the True Blue Florals Designer Series Paper, which pairs beautifully with Night of Navy and Basic White for a timeless look. To make working with the intricate die cuts quick and frustration-free, I used Adhesive Sheets on the scrollwork before die cutting. This Curvy Concertina Fun Fold card features products from the Lovely & Beautiful suite, with soft, elegant florals accented by touches of gold for a warm, cozy feel. The Lovely & Beautiful Designer Series Paper does most of the work here, making it easy to create a card that feels special without being complicated. This gorgeous suite is coming in the January – April Mini Catalog (available to order on January 6th or you can purchase it in the starter kit now).
I added Brushed Brass Butterflies for just a bit of whimsy, along with subtle gold foil die cuts from the Beautifully Celebrated bundle to tie everything together. The result is a card that feels light, pretty, and perfect for so many occasions.
On the back, I kept the sentiment simple by using the Greenery Lane Stamp Set—a great reminder that stamp sets can easily mix and match across suites. While it plays a supporting role on this card, the Greenery Lane bundle takes center stage in the next design…and it truly is a showstopper.

Lovely Blossoms Tuck & Reveal Fun Fold Card
This Greenery Lane Curvy Concertina Fun Fold card is pure elegance and is the quiet showstopper of this month’s designs. If you love clean lines, soft neutrals, and lots of white space, this design will speak to you. It has a very wedding-thank-you feel—timeless, calm, and beautifully refined.
The foliage is die cut directly from the Greenery Lane Washi Tape, creating perfectly coordinated leaves with minimal effort—one of those details that looks intricate but comes together surprisingly easily. Paired with the Stone & Vine 3D Embossing Folder, which has an exceptionally deep, detailed texture, the all-white panels feel rich and intentional rather than plain.
The softly curved center panel is made with vellum, which adds a gentle, almost floating quality to the front of the card. That translucent curve is what gives this card its quiet wow. In the full PDF tutorial, I walk you through every step to create this exact card, including how to work with vellum, die cut the washi tape, and assemble the leaves on the curved center panel so everything sits just right.

This design leans fully into white space (very me), and it feels especially fitting knowing that Cloud Dancer—a soft white tone—has been named a Pantone color of the year for 2026. Simple, elegant, and quietly striking.
