I just love pretty packaging – don't you?! I think the package or presentation should be even better then the gift inside! Several of the new products in the Holiday Catalog make pretty packaging easier then ever! These gifts were for some of the demonstrators on my Stampfield Stars team who shared at my demonstrator Stamp Share yesterday – and they were quick and easy to make! I used the Decorative Window Gift Boxes from the Holiday Catalog (which are food safe and the perfect size for a cookie!):
The boxes are 4" x 4" and 1 1/2" deep so they are a great size for lots of things! And then I added the bow:
I used the new Stampin' Up!® Gift Bow Digz L Die for the Big Shot and the Season of Style Designer Paper Stack. to add some extra dimension to the tails of the bow, I creased them in the center leaving just the end that goes under the bow uncreased.
I assembled the bow with Glue Dots and used Sticky Strip to attach it to the box. Quick but oh so pretty!!
The bow die makes bows in 2 sizes, this is the small, single layer bow. Here is a picture of all the parts the die makes:
Have fun creating your own bows! Here are the supplies for this project:
