We used the Pop 'n Cuts Die and the Dress Up Framelits to make our project. I was inspired by a card made by Jackie Schwerm. Here is a video tutorial to walk you through this project:
A close up view of the dress shows the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch as the "collar" and the Silver Glimmer Paper in the belt.
