It was so fun turning this polka dot Twisty Treats Bag into an adorable bunny! Twisty Treats Kit is available through the end of March with a $50 order – for free! The Oval Collection Framelits cut most of the shapes (head, ears, and feet) and punches for the rest! See the list below for which punch I used for each bunny part.
To make the ears I cut two ovals out of Whisper White, then I put them back on the magnetic platform, placed the oval framelit over them to cut off a portion of the side (see above). This gives you more of a "bunny ear shape" with a point on the end of the ear.
The greeting is from the Eggstra Spectacular Stamp Set and is punched out with the Extra-Large Oval Punch.
Here is our bunny's backside. I used liquid glue to attach a cotton ball for a tail. As you can see – the head is made up of two oval die cuts. I sandwiched them together using dimensionals on the outside edges so that head can slide up and off the treat bag.
Inside, the bag is stuffed full of marshmallows in the shape of bunnies. My 12 year old son LOVES marshmallows so that is what I chose to put in my bag.
