Peep! Love this little Peep peeking out of our paper crafted carrot! Super duper easy to whip these up for Easter using the Floral Frames Framelits! So easy that this is a Whip-It Wednesday project! On a Friday! Crazy, right?! Whip-it Wednesday is the day when I show you a fast project that you can whip out quickly, and Friday is the day I always do videos. Today's project has a video so I decided to hold off until today to share it…
Here is the short video on how to make this project.
I selected the Floral Frames Framelits for this project because it makes a perfect carrot "point" and the bottom when rolled into the cone.
I also wanted to share a new idea with this Floral Frames Framelit since so many of you purchased it this last Christmas to make this project! Such a great set of framelits – especially with the matching Daydream Medallions stamp set! Don't have yours yet? To order them, click here for the Floral Frames Framelits and here for the Daydream Medallion stamp set.
Here is a look at how I positioned the cut out framelit in the Square Lattice Embossing Folder.
The "leaves" at the top were made with the Autumn Accent Die out of Gumball Green card stock. Remember that Gumball Green is slated to retire at the end of May and will only be available while supplies last – so if you are running low, stock up now, this color will sell out fast once the retired list is released on April 21st! Thanks for stopping by today!
