Whip-it Wednesday: Wild About Flowers, and Thick Whisper White!

Wild About Flowers with Bricks and Thick Whisper White1-imp

Whip-it Wednesday, on a Thursday! I wanted to share this "quick to whip out" card that we did at my Stampfield Stars Stamp Share event last Saturday with the NEW thick Whisper White card stock and the Wild About Flowers stamp set.

The base of this card is cut 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" from the 100 pound thick whisper white card stock. If you love stamping on Stampin' Up!'s incredibly smooth card stock, but would like a stronger version for card bases, this is for you!  We embossed the layer with the new Brick Wall Embossing Folder. I love the look of this embossing folder!

The portion of the card that opens is made from the standard Whisper White stamped with the new Wild About Flowers set – perfect to line up in the clear photopolymer.

The last touch was the White Organza ribbon! This was just one of the 5 projects that my Stampfield Stars team members made at the Stamp Share – we had so much fun stamping and sharing!  I am so fortunate to have the BEST, and kindest guys and gals on my team!  I can't wait until we gather again in August – and when we gather online in July!

  1. I alway love a ‘fresh ‘n’ white’ card. Great twist to use a single brick layer, and only use the small stamped piece as a folded card.
