Gobble gobble! So excited to share this adorable turkey punch art treat holder! What a fun little treat to have at your Thanksgiving table! I have a video tutorial for you below and a document with the punches and dies that I used. So fun to create this little guy using just scraps of paper!
The turkey is attached to the Stampin’ Up! 2″ cellophane bag filled with Hershey’s Caramel Apple chocolates.
Another option for the bag would be a Treat Tube filled with goodies – like these Brach’s S’mores Candy Corn!
For the body and the wings I used the Lemon Builder punch in Soft Suede – it worked perfectly! The hat is the Circle Tab punch, I just cut off the sides. I added a strip of Soft Suede card stock, 1/4″ for the hat band and one of the Glitter Enamel Dots to the center of the band for the hat buckle.
The “feathers” are one of the Stampin’ Up! Gold Foil Snowflakes. I used the gold side, but you could also flip the snowflake over. The backside is off white. Add ink and make them any color you want – I turned this one Cherry Cobbler by applying the ink pad directly to the back of the snowflake repeatedly and then letting it dry.
The greeting is from the Painted Harvest stamp set, stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink and cut out with a die from the Bunch of Banners Framelits dies.
Here is the video tutorial!
This PDF lists all of the supplies used to create this project, just click on the photo for the free download.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! Have fun creating with paper!
