Super cute and super creepy little Halloween treat box for you today! These Coffin Treat Boxes are so fun to put together and decorate! What a great way to share Halloween fun with your friends and family! I have a video tutorial, a PDF project sheet and full supply list for you at the bottom of this post.
I used a leftover tag from last week's Frankie & Friends Mini Curvy Keepsake project to decorate the inside and added 2 Pumpkin Pie Kit Kats.
The vampire image is from the Spooktacular Bash Stamp Set – I colored it in with the Dark Real Red Stampin' Blend and the Light Smoky Slate. The little bat punch is part of the Every Season Punch Pack – this set of 4 little punches comes with a bat, a heart, a snowflake, and a maple leaf!
The boxes come pre-cut, and ready to assemble! I used the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder to add texture to the top of the box.
With the Ornate Frames Dies, I cut a window in the top of the box so the vampire could look out!
The Spooktacular Bash also comes with this cute Mummy stamp that I used on this Halloween card – so cute! I used another one of the Ornate Frame Dies – this time cut from Black Foil for the frame. Although these dies are in the Halloween section they are very versatile and can be used year round. I used the Crumb Cake Blends Combo pack to color the mummy. Both the vampire and mummy images require very little coloring – which keeps the projects quick and easy!
In case you were curious – this is the inside of the Mummy card! You just lift on the "Open if you dare" tag to open!
The Red Rhinestones Basic Jewels really added a fun sparkle to this project – at the throat of our Dracula and to embellish the creepiness of the label!
Here is the video tutorial! I also show several other cards and treat holder projects.
