The inside message becomes an easel or “kickstand” so that the card can stand to be displayed! Purple Posy Butterfly Brilliance Vertical Easel Fold Card Project Sheet
This version is also made with the Butterfly Brilliance Collection but this time I stamped and colored the butterflies. I also used the GORGEOUS Natural Touch Specialty Paper – so pretty! It’s like a light maple wood grain and even has texturing like real wood. When the card is open….
There is another pretty butterfly hiding inside! The card is a standard size, it is scored down the center of the card. The focal point on the front is just adhered on the left side so that it stands out when the card is open. Here is the free tutorial – there is also a video below.

In this “top down” version you can see how the card stands up – it forms a triangle so the card can stand – which is awesome! Special thanks to demonstrator Wendy Lee for sharing how to do this fun fold, I love it!
