Halloween is just around the corner! So today I'm sharing a couple of sweet and simple cards with the fun Spooky Night paper, Spooky Cat stamp set, and the cat punch! I rotated the tree pattern from the Spooky Night paper so that instead of a tree going straight up, it is a limb coming in from the side. This way the cat (punched out of another pattern of the paper) fits better on the branch. I was inspired by one of my Stampfield Stars passionate paper crafters, Susan Bacholke, to turn the paper to fit the cat on the branch – thanks Susan!
Three generations of happy stampers! Marrisa, Mary, and Cyndi had fun making this card at my monthly Breakfast Club event. Some people chose to cut out a witches hat from the Spooky Night paper and added that their kitty. If you live in the Minneapolis St. Paul area I would love to have you join us! The "Trick or Treat" greeting was stamped in Archival Black ink on Very Vanilla card stock and was punched out with the Classic Label punch.

One more quick card to share with you today! This is what the tree on the paper looks like when it is going straight up. A perfect fit for the Owl stamp from the Spooky Night stamp set. The ribbon that I used is the wired striped ribbon, I cut the wire part off of the top and bottom of the ribbon so that it would lay really flat and not be lumpy.
