Welcome to our FIRST Alaskan Achievers blog hop. Those hopping today are Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that have achieved the prestigious Stampin' Up! Incentive trip in 2018 to beautiful Alaska.
We will be hopping together once a month to show you ideas and designs using current Stampin' Up!® products. I live in the United States in Minnesota – please let me know if you have any questions about my project today!
Today's project is clean and super simple! I love the classic look of white and black with just a touch of red. It can make such a striking card.
The stamp image of the beautiful pens comes from the Crafting Forever stamp set. The sentiment Just A Note comes from one of my favorite stamp sets, Flourishing Phrases. I use this set all the time because not only is it in a beautiful font, but it has a wonderful range of sentiments for many different occasions such as Sympathy, Thank You, Wedding, and the Just A Note greeting that I am using today. This stamp set is a great addition to your stamp collection.
The sweet, shiny little heart is one of the great embellishments from the catalog. It is part of the Brights Enamel Shapes package. These self adhesive little shapes are the perfect finishing touch for your handmade card. You get 200 pieces in the package in a variety of our most popular brights colors in a combination of hearts, stars, small circles, and mini circles. They are easy to use because of the self adhesive and are an excellent value.
In the lower right corner, I placed three of the smallest Black Rhinestones. These beautiful, sparkly accents take the card from simple to classic. The Black Rhinestones are only available for a limited time and are in the Holiday Catalog. Because they are pictured with the Halloween products I think they often get overlooked. But they work for so much more then just Halloween! Perfect for cards to celebrate weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or to accent a card that is done in black and white as I used them here.
A quick peek at the inside of the card. I left it blank so that I could, well…, write a note just like the front of the card says!
With a simple design like this, you can easily make a pile of cards like I did in one short crafting session. Now I have a nice group of note cards that I can use whenever the situation arrises.
Thank you for joining us today – we are so happy that you are taking part in our blog hop! Enjoy all of the inspirations that await you on the rest of the blogs!
