I'm so excited to share these cute gift ideas with you! I have a video below where I walk you through how to make each project. In the video I give some alternative suggestions if you don't have some of the products that I used. I love "punch art" projects, where you take dies and punches and put them together to form cute creatures! Note: many of the products that I used on these projects are about to retire, and many of them are on sale! See the bottom of the post for the deals!
First up, this adorable snowman tag! So cute – and I found the perfect wine to go with him, it is a Hallmark Wine called Joy and I love the snowman on the label! The project sheet for this Snowman Wine tag can be found HERE and it includes the measurements, supplies, and a link to the video tutorial. If your friends aren't into wine I have some alternate, non alcoholic suggestions below!
The second project is this adorable snowman box! So simple to do with dies and punches! The project sheet for this cutie is HERE.
And, of course, we have a happy little GNOME wishing you a Happy GNew Year!! The PDF with the measurements, supplies and the link to the video tutorial can be found HERE.
Here is a close up on the cute snowman tag. The holly, berries, eyes, and nose are from the Sweetest Border dies – which are on sale right now and are only available while supplies last! The nose was the candy cane with a bit of trimming!
The 3/8" Red Sheer ribbon is the perfect finishing touch!
One of the things I love about punch art is how you can take some random punches, like this circle (face), heart (mustache), and ornament (nose) – and create something completely new but thinking outside of the "box"! And speaking of boxes – this adorable Little Treat Box die is retiring and on sale – get it before it sells out!
I used the Little Treats stamp set that matches the dies to decorate the back of the box – love these dies!
The Dove "presents chocolates were perfect to go in Santa's bag!
Gnomes are all the rage right now – so cute. The mittens, nose, and boots are all created with the acorn punch from the Autumn Punch Pack (you guessed it, also on sale!). The hat is made with the larger ornament from the Gleaming Ornament Punch Pack, which is also on retiring and available at a discount.
I used another Hallmark Channel wine for this one because the colors matched so nicely. Who know that there was Hallmark Channel wine?!
Of course, you could also put the tags on sparkling grape juice, or on the Celebrations Candy Bottle (I picked this one up at Walgreens).
Here is the video tutorial of all three projects. I start with the snowman, then the Santa box is at the 23 minute mark and the Gnome tag is just after the 38 minute mark.
I hope you give these fun projects a try! Happy creating!
Susan
