This cute little Leprechaun is surrounded by gold – gold colored toffee's that is! And he is hiding a peppermint patty under his hat! I made a video showing how this cute project was made:
Subscribe to my YouTube channel for other treat holder ideas and paper craft tutorials. I will be adding one new video a week – usually on Friday.
The "hat" bag topper is made with the medium size envelope framelit die. I was inspired by a snowman hat that Connie Babbert had made last winter. You can see her project here.
Inside the bag is the darling little leprechaun made with some of the punches – scroll down for the full list of supplies used.
Sandwhiched between the two 1 3/4" scallop circles is a Pearson's Peppermint Patty – yum!
The "bag" is actually one of our Stampin' Up! clear envelopes with the resealable opening at the bottom so that the recipient can get the treats out without ruining the cute bag topper!!
