Wow! I actually made an owl with the Owl Builder Punch!! Lately I seem to have used it to make a turkey, penquin, ghost, skunk, fox, etc – everything BUT an owl!! But this time he gets to be an owl, and not just an owl, but an owl leprechaun! The topper is made with the Banner Framelits – I laid the framelit just above the fold to make a "tent" for the top of our bag.
The owl's hat is made with the Ticket Builder Punch and the Small Oval Punch. The shamrock idea – and the wings too, came from Sandy Mathis, you can see her owl here.

I colored one of our Basic Rhinestones green with a permanent green marker to embellish that hat.
