Happy Whip-It Wednesday! I love the serene color combination on this card of Crumb Cake, Blackberry Bliss, and Whisper White. I find it peaceful and soothing, don't you?
And with the Snow Flurry Punch you can punch out two snowflakes at a time (the large and small images) which makes this card a snap to "whip" out for Christmas or those winter birthdays.
The elegant 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon in Crumb Cake is so soft and easy to tie – plus it really turns this card into a "WOW"!
For the inside of the card I used one of the great greetings in the Flurry of Wishes set and added the snowflake in the corner – I love adding a little stamping to the inside of a card to carry through the "theme".
The Blackberry Bliss snowflakes are popped up on Dimensionals and I added some pearls to the center – which adds to the overall elegance of this card.
For the background of the card I went to one of my favorite embossing folders from the Holiday Catalog, Softly Falling. I love the look of embossing on white card stock!
Now let's check in with our Whip-It Wednesday mascot, Bella the Whippet. Unfortunately it has been raining all week here in Minnesota. But we haven't let that stop us from getting out! Here she is ready to bolt out of the dog park and head for the warm and dry car!
Much to her dismay when we got home I decided she needed to go directly in to the tub for a much needed bath – not her favorite activity!! She does like snuggling up in the towels afterwards though! Thanks for stopping by!
